Refund policy

The intro-class ticket ($99 + tax) covers the workshop and attendance: come build your first AI employee in person, then decide about the practicums. It is not credited toward practicum fees and is non-refundable.

More than 24 hours before class: full refund on request, or free rescheduling to any later cohort.

Within 24 hours of class: no refunds, but free rescheduling to any later cohort.

After class starts: the course is delivered in one sitting (finish the same day, take your deliverables and templates home), so no refunds after start; if you must leave mid-class you may make it up once at a later cohort for free.

1-on-1 coaching already delivered in the coaching cohort is non-refundable; the 2-week online Q&A runs from class day and is not extended by refund requests.

Deployment services are priced separately from courses: work starts after the service confirmation is signed and the deposit paid; full deposit refund before work starts; after work starts, billing follows completed progress and unstarted portions are refunded; after delivery acceptance (deliverables installed in your own accounts and checked off), no further refunds — the Q&A period still applies. Out-of-scope requests are quoted separately.

Email info@topedu.cc with your enrollment email and the reason. Refunds go back through the original payment channel; arrival time depends on the payment provider.
