Privacy policy

Information you submit: your name, email, phone/WeChat, industry and messages. Plus basic analytics collected to improve the site (page visits, device type).

How you found us: the site or app that sent you here, and any campaign tags or ad-click IDs in the link you opened. This is saved in your browser, and we use it for 90 days after that visit, then stop. It stays in your browser until a later visit replaces it or you clear this site's data. When you send an enquiry or create an account, we save it with that enquiry or account so we can see which channels bring people to us.

Only to contact you about the courses, send materials and class notifications you asked for, and improve our content and services. We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Messages you send to the AI assistant are submitted to an AI provider to generate replies, used only for your course enquiry. Please don't type passwords, ID numbers or other sensitive information into the chat; AI answers are for reference only.

Hosting and data storage are handled by trusted third-party services under their own security and privacy terms. For payments, card details are processed by the payment provider — we never store your full card number.

You can ask to view, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from notifications, at any time. Email us at info@topedu.cc.
