What we collect
Information you submit: your name, email, phone/WeChat, industry and messages. Plus basic analytics collected to improve the site (page visits, device type).
How we use it
Only to contact you about the courses, send materials and class notifications you asked for, and improve our content and services. We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
AI assistant chats
Messages you send to the AI assistant are submitted to an AI provider to generate replies, used only for your course enquiry. Please don't type passwords, ID numbers or other sensitive information into the chat; AI answers are for reference only.
Where data lives
Hosting and data storage are handled by trusted third-party services under their own security and privacy terms. For payments, card details are processed by the payment provider — we never store your full card number.
Your rights
You can ask to view, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from notifications, at any time. Email us at info@topedu.cc.
